Meili Sea Town, MST, is a fully developed building area in the south of Cebu Island, in the town of Alcoy. The complex consists of 40 individual lots. The area lies in a quiet location. It borders on the sea and is a few hundred meters away from the coastal road. The whole area is fenced. Professional Guards care day and night for a high security. Each lot is developed with a concrete road with street lighting, as well as water and electricity.
At the seaside there is a park under construction with access to the sea and with benches for recreation. This park is freely accessible for all the inhabitants of Meili Sea Town.

In the village and in the immediate vicinity there are many shops for the daily needs.
Cebu City with the international Mactan Airport is situated at a distance of about 100km.
Your Lot
According to existing law, foreigners cannot own land in the Philippines. But since years the government is discussing and planning to change this law. At present land cannot be bought, but leased by foreigners. The rent can be paid with a one-off payment for 25 years with a automatic extension by another 25 years. That means a total of 50 years. The amounts for that 50 years lease vary, depending on the size and location of the land (See table in section “DATA”).
Local people (Philippines) can of course also buy our lots.
Following signing your lease or purchase agreement and after receipt of payment, you are free to dispose of your property, under the currently valid rules for MST (Requirements for Meili Sea Town). You are free in the choice of your construction company. The management of Meili Sea Town (MST) is responsible for managing, maintaining and guarding the overall plant.
